Ron Smith

I was born in Eugene, Oregon and raised most of my life in Elgin (just twenty miles from La Grande). After traveling for several years and living in many different places, my wife and I moved back to Union County. We knew this was the place we wanted to raise our family.

We have three great children, two boys and a girl. They all play multiple sports as well as participating in our church's worship band - all of which keeps us hopping! I enjoy coaching the La Grande HS JV Boys Soccer Team, refereeing basketball and umpiring softball and baseball. We enjoy snowmobiling and being on the nearby mountain tops in the wintertime. Northeast Oregon is well known for its hunting and fishing and offers many other forms of outdoor recreation.

I really enjoy working with RE/MAX Real Estate Team as we cover Union County and beyond.
